Now, many Real Madrid midfielders are attracting interest from European giants. And now, the current Champions League holders, PSG, have shown interest in one Real Madrid midfielder.
However, the interesting part is that Liverpool are also strongly linked with a move for that midfielder. Now, the Reds are having a disappointing season.
When they finished their transfer business last summer, nobody expected such a turn of events. Most of their new signings, apart from Hugo Ekitike, are yet to shine.
Now, the surprising thing is that Real Madrid are keeping a close eye on Ekitike as well. But the Reds suffered a blow due to Ekitike’s injury during the international break.
Also, Real Madrid are keeping tabs on Alexis Mac Allister from Liverpool. And it seemed that Liverpool would sign a midfielder from Real Madrid in return.
However, things will now become tricky for the Reds because of the presence of PSG. According to Diario AS, Paris Saint-Germain are now showing interest in Eduardo Camavinga.
The 23-year-old has emerged as a key target for the European champions ahead of the next summer transfer window. And, they are prepared to enter the transfer race with Liverpool.
Now, this would mean Liverpool must secure a spot in the Champions League next season. Missing Champions League football will surely have an impact on their pursuit of Camavinga.
