Manchester City are preparing a blockbuster move to replace Savinho. The Brazilian has been linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur.
The Spurs are eager to sign Savinho as a replacement for Son Heung-min. But Manchester City are unwilling to part ways with the forward.
However, Pep Guardiola doesn’t like to stand in the way of players who want to leave his team. That is why he has left the decision of whether to stay or leave to the 21-year-old.

Pep Guardiola knows that if Savinho decides to leave, he would need a replacement. So, he has asked the Manchester City board to pursue a player he has admired for a very long time.
That is why Manchester City are now preparing a contract for Rodrygo until 2030, according to Nicolo Schira.
However, they are yet to offer that contract as Savinho is yet to make a decision. Once the Brazilian gives the green light to the Tottenham deal, the Citizens will present their contract to Rodrygo.
After that, the decision will be on Rodrygo about whether to stay or leave. Real Madrid are open to selling the 24-year-old this summer as the player is not in Xabi Alonso’s plans.
The La Liga giants will be looking for a fee of around €100 million to seal the deal.
However, Real Madrid are open to negotiations, and it is up to Manchester City to get the deal done according to their valuation of the player.
