Real Madrid have started this season amazingly. However, the Spanish champions have grown concerned about the progress of a young Brazilian star.

Endrick has not made an appearance this season, and his development has slowed.  Therefore, the Los Blancos are now ready to make a big decision.

According to Fichajes, Real Madrid have agreed to send Endrick out on loan in January. The decision is based on one goal. Endrick wants regular game time.

The plan is simple. He will leave only on loan. There will be no option to buy. And, Endrick will return in the summer as a more confident player.

So far, three clubs wants Endrick on loan. Each club offers something different, but all of them believe they can help him grow.

In England, one Premier League side is pushing hardest. The London club is struggling in the bottom half of the table. They want to rebuild in January.

West Ham United believe that signing a talented forward could inject some much-needed energy into their attack.

So, the Hammers’ officials have made contact with Real Madrid to discuss the possibility of a deal.

The Spanish clubs have their own plans too. Valencia have struggled to score this season despite showing flashes of quality under their manager.

They see the young Brazilian as a creative solution to their finishing problems.

Meanwhile, Real Sociedad want to use their tradition of nurturing youth to help him adapt to European football.

Real Madrid believe in his long-term potential. The loan is part of Endrick’s growth plan. They are not seeing this as a setback.

If everything goes as expected, Endrick will have a new home by the end of January. His next destination could be the Premier League.
