This interview helped the young star express himself perfectly.

Chelsea fans are still buzzing after the Champions League win over Barcelona, but the biggest moment of the night came after the final whistle.

The game itself delivered a 3-0 victory at Stamford Bridge. Jules Kounde scored an own goal, Estevao produced a brilliant solo strike, and Liam Delap finished the job.

Yet the online reaction focused on something completely different. That moment arrived when Estevao stepped in front of the Amazon Prime cameras.

Reporter Alex Aljoe greeted him with fluent Portuguese and immediately put the 18-year-old at ease.

She asked him how he felt after such a huge performance. He said it was the perfect night and thanked God for everything. She translated every word smoothly for the audience.

Aljoe then asked Estevao about his solo goal. He said the run happened so quickly that he barely had time to think. He found space, skipped through bodies, and smashed the ball in.

Estevao said it was the best moment of his career and loved that his family watched it happen. He also thanked the fans for their support since the day he arrived.

So, viewers praised Aljoe for switching languages with ease. Many fans said her bilingual interview helped the young star express himself perfectly.

Estevao joined Chelsea from Palmeiras this summer. The Blues paid approximately £29 million, which could rise to over £50 million with performance-related add-ons.

So far, the 18-year-old has played 17 games for the Blues in all competitions, scoring 5 times. He scored a crucial 95th-minute winner against Liverpool in October 2025 for his first Premier League goal.

Estevao also became the youngest Chelsea player to score in the Champions League, and the third teenager to score in each of his first three Champions League starts.
