Liam Rosenior has secured his first managerial role since leaving Chelsea three months ago.
The English coach endured a difficult spell at Stamford Bridge before becoming available at the end of last season.
Meanwhile, Paris FC entered the summer searching for another new manager after a turbulent campaign.
The Ligue 1 side changed coaches midway through the season before eventually securing an 11th-place finish in their first campaign back in the French top flight.
Antoine Kombouare guided the club away from danger after replacing Stephane Gilli in February.
However, he resigned in July, leaving Paris FC looking for another appointment ahead of the new season. They now have officially appointed Liam Rosenior as their new manager.
The move brings the 41-year-old back into management after three months without a job following his Chelsea departure. The appointment also marks Rosenior’s second spell managing in Ligue 1.
He previously coached Strasbourg after leaving Hull City and guided the club to a seventh-place finish, securing qualification for the UEFA Conference League.
Rosenior later moved to Chelsea after replacing Enzo Maresca. However, his time in West London proved unsuccessful and ended with his dismissal after a disappointing spell.
Paris FC will now hope Rosenior can build on the progress made last season. The club exceeded expectations by finishing 11th despite playing their first season in Ligue 1 after promotion.
Rosenior now faces another opportunity to establish himself in French football. Paris FC will expect the former Chelsea manager to continue the club’s development and push them further up the Ligue 1 table during the upcoming campaign.
