Serious allegations have surfaced in France involving a PSG player, sending shockwaves through the football world.

According to reports emerging from French media, a Colombian family has filed a formal complaint accusing a high-profile footballer and his wife of human trafficking and undeclared work.

The family has now lodged a case with the Versailles prosecutor’s office, placing the matter firmly under judicial review.

The family of two adults and three children have worked for the couple between September 2024 and November 2025, as per allegations.

They reportedly arrived in France believing they had secured legal employment and a chance at a more stable life. However, the situation allegedly deteriorated rapidly.

As reported by Paris Match, the complaint claims the family were employed without proper legal status and were made to work excessively long hours across multiple roles.

These included duties as security guards, domestic staff, cleaners, cooks, and nannies.

Moreover, the accusation centres on the claim that the work was undeclared, leaving the family without legal protection or labour rights.

The footballer at the centre of the allegations is Lucas Hernandez, currently a defender for Paris Saint-Germain. He has been a part of the squad that won the World Cup in 2018.

The complaint also names his wife, Victoria Triay, alleging that both were directly involved in the arrangement.

At this stage, it is important to stress that these are allegations. And the verdict of this case has not come out yet. The investigation is still in its early stages.
