Now, according to Gianluigi Longari, Barcelona are ready to challenge Inter Milan for Cristian Romero despite the Italian club already reaching a basic agreement with Tottenham Hotspur.
The report claims Tottenham are willing to sell the Argentina international permanently for €40M. However, Inter still need to agree personal terms with Romero before completing the transfer.

Inter have already completed a move for John Stones. Nevertheless, the report states that Romero remains a priority despite the arrival of the former Manchester City defender.
