With the summer transfer window heating up, Bayern Munich have begun shaping their next major move.
Following a season of changes both on and off the pitch, the German giants are turning their focus to bringing fresh energy to their attack. And this time, their eyes are set firmly on Spain.
The club’s top decision-makers are planning a strategic investment in youth and versatility.
With their attacking core needing more width and unpredictability, the Bavarian board has identified a winger who has steadily climbed the ranks in La Liga and now seems ready for a bigger stage.
According to Fichajes, Bayern are preparing an official offer in the region of €35 million, an amount they believe could open talks with Real Sociedad.
The player in question has spent the past seasons making a name for himself in San Sebastian, becoming one of the standout performers in Spanish football thanks to his speed, technique, and game intelligence.
Though still just 24, his journey has already taken him through some of the most prestigious academies in world football.
A former youth product of FC Barcelona and a past player at Real Madrid, his current club has provided the perfect setting for him to flourish.
His performances in big matches and his ability to adapt across the frontline have only added to his growing reputation.
The name Bayern Munich are now pursuing is Takefusa Kubo.
The Japanese international has emerged as a serious target for the German champions, who see him as a valuable piece for their next cycle. For Real Sociedad, the challenge now is clear.
With a reasonable price and the lure of a European powerhouse, keeping hold of their star winger may prove difficult.
Talks are still at an early stage, but the road ahead points toward a possible transfer that could reshape both squads this summer.
