Chelsea have finally made a brutal call on Alejandro Garnacho. The former Manchester United forward has been under the cosh since his move to Stamford Bridge last summer.
The Blues paid £40 million pounds to sign Garnacho. However, his form at the club is far from convincing. The Argentine scored just 8 times in 39 games.
But 4 of those 8 goals came in the Carabao Cup against lower league sides. In 22 appearances in the Premier League, Garnacho managed just one goal for the Blues.
Also, when Liam Rosenior brought him in after the injury to Estevao against Manchester United, the winger failed to impress at Stamford Bridge miserably.
Meanwhile, his relationship with the club has not been great recently. Garnacho has deleted all Chelsea-related videos from his TikTok account.
Also, in a recent interview, Garnacho was reminiscing about his time at Old Trafford. So, the Blues have now made a decision to let the Argentine winger go.
According to talkSPORT, Chelsea are now open to selling Alejandro Garnacho. The Blues initially wanted a loan move for the winger.
But currently, they are open to a permanent move also. Now, an Argentine club has already expressed interest in bringing him back to the country.
At the time, all doors to Old Trafford seemed closed for Garnacho because Manchester United players trolled him after his performance against them.
So, with his time at Stamford Bridge seemingly coming to an end, Alejandro Garnacho could be bracing for a new challenge next season.
