Could Fulham be about to make a late splash in this summer’s transfer window?

Fulham were the victims of VAR controversy in yesterday’s 2-0 defeat to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

Goals from João Pedro and Enzo Fernández saw the hosts come out victorious in the West London derby during the Premier League’s early kickoff slot.

However, a Josh King goal that gave Fulham the lead was controversially ruled out.

This was due to an apparent foul in the build up, a decision that has angered football fans all over the country.

This is another game that has resulted in dropped points for Fulham.

The Cottagers are yet to earn a win in the 2025/26 Premier League season after 1-1 draws with Brighton and Hove Albion and Manchester United.

Their next game sees them take on newly promoted Leeds United at home in two weeks’ time after the international break.

It looks like they might be about to add a player who could make their debut for the club in this game at Craven Cottage.

Fulham agree €42 million deal for Shakhtar Donetsk forward

According to reports, Fulham have agreed a €42 million deal with Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk for Brazilian winger Kevin.

Fulham would be adding to an attack featuring King, Raul Jiménez, Rodrigo Muniz, Adama Traoré, Alex Iwobi, Harry Wilson and Emile Smith-Rowe.

Kevin, 22, is coming off the back of the best season of his career.

During the 2024/25 campaign for Shakhtar, Kevin scored nine goals in 35 appearances across all competitions, and was named the club’s Player of the Season.

Linked with moves to European clubs such as Napoli and RB Leipzig this summer, Fulham appear to pulled off quite the transfer coup.
