Newcastle United have had a busy summer so far this transfer window with lots of incomings and outgoings in order to improve on their 5th place finish in the Premier League last season.
The club has signed Aaron Ramsdale from Southampton and Anthony Elanga from Nottingham Forest, just to name a couple.
But they have also had outgoings, which consist of Lloyd Kelly to Juventus and Callum Wilson to West Ham, to name a couple of major outgoings.
As well as this as heavily reported Newcastle striker Alexander Isak is seeking a move to last season’s Premier League champions Liverpool.
But this still depends on Newcastle’s decision. The striker is currently training by himself.
So, with Isak most likely leaving the club, Newcastle will have to find a replacement.
Newcastle’s initial replacement Benjamin Sesko for Isak may fail to happen as he is seeking a move to Manchester United, and RB Leipzig have already rejected a bid.
The player they are most recently considering a move for scored 10 goals and assisted 3 times last season. This is why he is attracting interest from multiple clubs.
This shows his firepower and goalscoring threat, which would replace Isak’s from last season.
According to Craig Hope, Newcastle is considering a move for Goncalo Ramos in case it fails to sign Benjamin Sesko.
This move will be difficult as PSG wants Ramos to stay, as it will leave them short in attack, so it will require a substantial bid from Newcastle to bring the striker to St. James’s Park.
If the Champions League winner were to join Newcastle, he would bring a top-class goal-scoring threat and firepower as seen in his previous spells at Benfica and PSG.
