Tottenham Hotspur have invested heavily this summer as Roberto De Zerbi continues reshaping his squad ahead of the new season.
Spurs have already brought in Sandro Tonali, Mateus Fernandes, Jan Paul van Hecke, Marcos Senesi and Andy Robertson.
They have also agreed an £85 million deal to sign Manchester City winger Savinho during their ambitious summer rebuild.
Those arrivals follow a difficult 2025-26 campaign, when Tottenham finished 17th in the Premier League for the second consecutive season.
De Zerbi eventually guided Spurs to safety after replacing Igor Tudor during the closing stages of the campaign.
However, Tottenham have responded aggressively in the transfer market as they look to avoid another relegation battle this season.
Their attacking department remains a major focus, despite already agreeing the club-record deal for Savinho from Manchester City.
According to TEAMtalk, Tottenham Hotspur have now agreed terms with Omar Marmoush on a five-year contract ahead of another Manchester City move.
The Egypt international could join Savinho in north London as Tottenham work towards completing a £140 million double deal.
Spurs are increasingly confident they can finalise both transfers before Monday, with the remaining formalities currently being completed.
Marmoush has reportedly embraced the prospect of joining Spurs after learning he would receive an important role under De Zerbi.
Manchester City signed Marmoush from Eintracht Frankfurt for around £60 million, while his Tottenham deal should not exceed that figure.
The double transfer would take Tottenham’s summer spending close to £400 million after their extensive squad overhaul.
However, Marmoush’s arrival could also have consequences for Richarlison, who is now considering his future in north London.
Everton remain interested in bringing the Brazilian back to Goodison Park if Tottenham make him available this summer.
For now, Tottenham remain focused on completing the double Manchester City raid as Savinho and Marmoush move closer to joining De Zerbi’s squad.
