Tottenham are enduring one of their most difficult seasons in recent memory.
Confidence has drained from the squad, with fans growing increasingly frustrated as performances continue to deteriorate.
They now find themselves looking nervously over their shoulder in the Premier League table, as they sit one point above the relegation zone.
The situation worsened further in Europe this week, as Spurs were humiliated 5-2 by Atlético Madrid in the Champions League.
The defeat also extended an alarming run of form.
Tottenham have now lost six games in a row, the first time such a streak has happened in the club’s history.
The run has left Spurs dangerously close to the relegation zone.
Their league position remains precarious, with the club sitting just one point above the bottom three as the season enters a critical stage.
Much of the scrutiny has now turned toward manager Igor Tudor.
The former Juventus coach only arrived earlier this year after Tottenham dismissed Thomas Frank.
But his start in charge has been extremely difficult.
Tudor has lost each of his opening matches as Tottenham boss, with his position under threat.
According to the Independent, Tottenham are already considering drastic changes behind the scenes as the club attempts to avoid a disastrous end to the campaign.
One potential option reportedly being discussed is the appointment of former Premier League manager Sean Dyche.
The club are also believed to be changing their wider football structure.
Reports suggest Tottenham have even approached sporting director Dougie Freedman as part of a potential overhaul behind the scenes.
For now, Tudor remains in charge.
But with results continuing to decline and the threat of relegation looming, the pressure surrounding the Tottenham boss is only growing stronger.
