In the final few days of the transfer window, Chelsea will be very busy. They are looking to sign their targets and let players leave who are not in the plans of Enzo Maresca.
Chelsea players have been scouted by clubs across Europe. And many clubs are working to get the deals over the line with the Blues for their players.
This summer, the Blues have signed multiple forwards. Also, they are working on deals to sign both Xavi Simons and Alejandro Garnacho.
That is why there will be limited opportunities for their existing forward players. As a result, Chelsea are looking to sell some of the forwards they already have.
The Blues have already sold Noni Madueke to Arsenal just before the final of the Club World Cup.
Also, the signing of Joao Pedro and Liam Delap will limit the game time for players like Nicolas Jackson and Christopher Nkunku.
Jackson could leave for Bayern Munich on loan as the Bavarians are seriously pursuing a deal for the striker.
Now, according to Fabrizio Romano, AC Milan have struck a deal with Chelsea to sign Christopher Nkunku.
The Rossoneri had agreed on a 5-year deal with the Chelsea forward before. The only step left was to agree a deal with Chelsea.
After direct club-to-club talks, both Chelsea and AC Milan agreed on a fee of €35 million, including add-ons.
So, the new AC Milan boss, Massimiliano Allegri, will have the striker he wanted after letting Alvarao Morata leave for Como.
