Manchester City will play Arsenal in the Carabao Cup final. Also, they are in the FA Cup and Champions League, along with the Premier League title race.

Also, they strengthened their side in January. By signing Antoine Semenyo and Marc Guehi, they have made a statement. They don’t want another trophyless season.

The arrival of Semenyo and Guehi has raised the competition for places in the team. That is why some players are unhappy with their game time and are looking to leave the club next summer.

And, one of those players has now gathered attention from Bayern Munich. CaughtOffside reports that John Stones is already in talks with the German giants for a possible move.

Injuries have created a problem for the England international this season. In September 2025, he had to withdraw from the national side due to a minor muscle problem.

In December, he suffered a thigh injury that kept him out of action for two months. The 31-year-old is now back on the pitch for the Citizens.

So far this season, he has made only 13 appearances for Manchester City. Now, Stones has entered the last six months of his deal with the Citizens.

Thus, he is allowed to talk to clubs outside England for a possible move in the summer. Along with Bayern, Stone has held talks with AC Milan and Atletico Madrid.

Also, there are speculations regarding the future of Pep Guardiola. So, Manchester City could be bracing for massive changes next season.
