Every year, Premier League managers often get sacked, in times of trouble.
This season’s no different, as eight managers have lost their jobs, most recently Sean Dyche of Nottingham Forest.
Forest have already fired three managers this season, as they hover above the relegation zone.
However, this time, one manager has received a fine by the FA, instead.
The FA have formally charged Leeds United boss, Daniel Farke, following misconduct in their game against Manchester City, on 28 February.
An FA spokesperson’s said that “it was alleged that Farke entered the field of play at full time to confront the match officials”.
The former Norwich boss has admitted the charge against him, accepting an £8000 fine.
However, in a press conference, he believed he didn’t say “a single bad word” and that “he will never jog on the pitch again”.
Meanwhile his Leeds side take on his former club Norwich in the FA Cup, on Sunday, with Farke watching from the stands, following his red card.
Leeds have been one of the clubs almost destined to be relegated, this season.
However, Farke’s worked miracles for the Yorkshire-based club, as they currently sit in 15th.
With rumours of the German being sacked in December, he’s since turned it around.
Leeds have since lost only 4 out of their last 18 games, in all competitions.
With an impressive performance catalogue, against the likes of Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea, Leeds would be hoping to stay up.
Yet, being three points clear of relegation may make things a bit difficult.
Farke would hope to put this behind, though, with a busy schedule ahead for The Whites.
