Jurgen Klopp’s agent drops bombshell on return links

Jurgen Klopp’s future has once again become a major talking point despite the German stepping away from management earlier this year.

The former Liverpool boss has been heavily linked with several high-profile jobs in recent months.

Since leaving Anfield, Klopp has taken on a senior role within the Red Bull group. However, speculation surrounding a possible return to coaching has refused to disappear.

Multiple elite clubs have reportedly explored the possibility of appointing the 58-year-old.

Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, and even international teams have all been linked with Klopp at different stages.

Most recently, Saudi Pro League side Al Ittihad emerged as the latest club reportedly interested in bringing the German back into management.

The Saudi club recently parted ways with Francisco Conceicao. They saw Klopp as their ideal candidate to lead the next phase of the project.

However, there were already doubts internally about whether the former Liverpool manager would even consider the move.

Klopp has repeatedly been described as extremely satisfied in his current Red Bull position.

Meanwhile, reports have consistently suggested that the only international role potentially capable of tempting him would the role Germany manager in the future.

Now, Klopp’s representative has moved quickly to shut down the latest rumours.

Speaking to WinWin, Jurgen Klopp’s agent Marc Kosicke ruled out any possibility of the former Liverpool manager taking charge of Al Ittihad this year. Kosicke said:

“There is no possibility for Klopp to manage Al-Ittihad this year.”

So, Jurgen Klopp appears fully committed to his current role away from the dugout despite continuing speculation surrounding his future.
