Liverpool reach agreement on personal terms with €100m Luiz Diaz replacement

Liverpool have identified the winger they would like to sign.

Arne Slot, Luis Diaz

Liverpool are seriously making moves in the market to sort out their forward line. Since Luiz Diaz left the club last summer, the Reds have been struggling on the left flank.

Arne Slot believed that his compatriot, Cody Gakpo, would take up the responsibility. But so far, he has not been able to replicate what Luis Diaz has done over the years.

Also, the drop in form for Mohamed Salah has been surprising. The Egyptian has failed to replicate his heroics from last season.

That is why Salah could leave next summer with Al-Ittihad showing interest. So, it is very important for the Reds to sign at least a forward next summer.

Also, with Bayern Munich still in the picture to sign Cody Gakpo, it will be increasingly important for the Reds to look for a new winger.

Now, Liverpool have identified the winger they would like to sign. However, Transfer News Live have reported earlier that Manchester United could have an advantage in this transfer race.

Yet, Bayern Space on X has reported that Liverpool may have reached an agreement on personal terms with Yan Diomande. And the Reds are the favourites to sign the RB Leipzig winger.

Bayern Munich are also eyeing a move for the Bundesliga player. They believe that Diomande could be the perfect player for their system.

However, internally Bayern believe that Liverpool may have an agreement on the personal terms with the Ivorian.

So, there could be an exciting transfer race brewing for the next summer as multiple clubs eye a move for the winger, as RB Leipzig look for a fee of around €100 million.
