Liverpool are an admirer of Michael Olise, as they wanted to sign the former Crystal Palace star as the successor to Mohamed Salah.
The Egyptian could leave Anfield next summer after falling out with Arne Slot towards the end of last year. Also, Al-Ittihad had opened talks with the Liverpool forward.
Thus, the Reds were eyeing a move for Olise, who has experienced a stellar rise since his move from Crystal Palace to Bayern Munich.
However, according to TEAMtalk, Michael Olise has rejected a move to Liverpool. However, the Reds are not the only club the French international has rejected.
Liverpool’s Premier League rivals Manchester City were also eyeing a move for Olise. As per reports, they had held initial talks with his entourage.
Apart from the Citizens, the current Champions League holders, Paris Saint-Germain, also wanted to make a move for the player.
But all three clubs have now been informed that Olise wants to stay at Bayern Munich as he is enjoying his time with the Bavarians.
Bayern paid €60 million to sign Olise from Palace in 2024. So far, the French international has made 90 appearances for the German giants.
The 24-year-old already has 81 goal contributions for Bayern (33 goals, 48 assists). His current contract with the German club runs until 2029.
Now, if he leaves Bayern, Olise reportedly knows where he wants to test himself next. He has a desire to play in La Liga.
So, this revelation will surely alert Real Madrid and Barcelona, as both Spanish giants would love to add him to their squad.
Liverpool, Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain have all made recent checks on Michael Olise’s situation at Bayern Munich, @TEAMtalk can exclusively confirm, but he has an alternative next destination in mind.
