PSG enjoyed another unforgettable campaign under Luis Enrique. The French giants retained the Ligue 1 title before winning a second consecutive Champions League crown.
The European champions have now turned their attention to another busy summer transfer window. PSG have already started reshaping their attack.
Goncalo Ramos has completed his move to AC Milan, while Lee Kang-In is also expected to leave. At the same time, the club continues pushing for Yan Diomande and Maghnes Akliouche.
Replacing Ramos has now become another priority. Luis Enrique wants another centre-forward before the new campaign begins.
Tottenham Hotspur are also rebuilding after a disappointing season. Roberto De Zerbi has received strong backing in the transfer market.
Chelsea are following a similar path after appointing Xabi Alonso and beginning a major squad overhaul.
According to Foot Mercato, PSG have added Folarin Balogun to their shortlist as they search for Ramos’ replacement.
The report adds that Tottenham and Chelsea are also interested in the AS Monaco striker as he continues to impress in the 2026 World Cup.
Balogun has strengthened his reputation during the tournament. He scored twice against Paraguay in the United States’ opening match before building on an impressive club season.
The 24-year-old finished as Monaco’s top scorer with 19 goals in 43 appearances across all competitions.
The report states PSG believe Balogun’s Ligue 1 experience would help him settle quickly. However, the French champions have not made official contact with Monaco at this stage.
For now, PSG are closely monitoring the situation. However, Tottenham and Chelsea are also in the race, setting up a three-way battle for one of the World Cup’s standout forwards.
🚨 Tottenham Hotspur have made Folarin Balogun one of their top transfer targets for this summer.
Chelsea also admire the USA international, while Paris Saint-Germain have included the striker on their shortlist as they search for a new centre-forward.
