Yan Diomande gives green light to move

Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City and Manchester United are also remain heavily involved in the race.

Yan Diomande has become one of Europe’s most wanted young attackers after a remarkable season for RB Leipzig.

The winger scored 12 goals and supplied eight assists across 33 Bundesliga appearances during his breakthrough campaign.

Those performances earned him the Bundesliga Rookie of the Season award and helped Leipzig finish third.

Diomande then carried that momentum into the World Cup with the Ivory Coast. He became his country’s youngest World Cup player during the opening match against Ecuador.

The 19-year-old also claimed the Man of the Match award after troubling defenders with his direct running.

Later, he became the youngest Ivorian to register a World Cup assist during the victory over Curacao.

His performances helped the Ivory Coast reach the knockout stage for the first time before Norway ended their run.

That rise has encouraged several major clubs to explore a summer move for Diomande. Liverpool have already made the strongest formal effort as they rebuild their attack under Andoni Iraola.

However, Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City and Manchester United also remain heavily involved in the race.

According to Sport Bild (via Bulinews), Yan Diomande has given the green light to potential moves to all four interested clubs.

The report claims each suitor believes it currently holds a strong position in the battle for his signature.

Liverpool have submitted the only official bid so far, offering €80M plus another €20M in add-ons.

RB Leipzig rejected that proposal because they want at least €120M before considering a summer sale.

The other interested clubs could also submit offers, but none currently plan to exceed €100M.

That gap has created a major obstacle despite Diomande showing clear willingness to leave Leipzig this summer.

Leipzig still hope to keep him and are pushing to extend his contract on improved terms. However, Diomande stated during the World Cup that he expected to leave the German club.
