Manchester United are actively exploring options to bolster their attack.

After investing heavily in recent weeks, the club now faces a balancing act.

They want quality but at the right price.

The summer window has already seen bold moves.

Matheus Cunha has joined in a £62.5 million deal.

United have also tried for Bryan Mbeumo, but Brentford turned down their latest offer worth up to £55 million. Now, attention is shifting.

The Old Trafford side remain keen on reinforcing their front line.

One name has dominated recent discussions, but the asking price remains a problem.

Eintracht Frankfurt are holding firm on their £60 million valuation.

And while the French striker is admired, there are doubts over spending such a fee

Manchester United are looking at other ways to convince Eintracht Frankfurt.

Also, the club are not short on ambition. But they are also not blind to their financial limits.

With the price of top forwards like Viktor Gyokeres and Victor Osimhen rising fast, the hunt for a more affordable alternative has begun.

According to the Manchester Evening News, Manchester United are now seriously looking at Victor Boniface.

The Nigerian striker fits the profile. Strong, quick, and versatile, he had an impressive season at Bayer Leverkusen.

Despite an injury setback, he still managed to score 21 goals and provide 10 assists, playing a key role in Leverkusen’s Bundesliga and DFB Pokal wins.

At 24, he is still developing, but already has experience at the top level. He added 11 more goals this past season while sharing time with Patrik Schick.

Real Madrid’s new manager Xabi Alonso is a big admirer, but Boniface could be available for just £42.7 million.

Compared to Ekitike, Victor Boniface offers a lower-cost option with a strong track record.

United know they may not win every race this summer without Champions League football and financial backing. But they are ready with a smart Plan B.
