Benjamin Sesko has agreed personal terms with Manchester United, according to Fabrizio Romano.

Both Manchester United and Newcastle United were in a transfer race to sign the Slovenian.

Newcastle were showing interest the most and they have also submitted a huge bid to RB Leipzig of around €80 million. However, Leipzig rejected that bid instantly.

Next, they improved their offer for the Slovenian. The next bid they submitted was of €90 million. But, there was one problem.

Benjamin Sesko was yet to give green light to the move and Leipzig was ready to accept Newcastle’s bid.

After that, Manchester United submitted their first bid of €85 million. The Red Devils made their stance clear that if they get green light that Sesko wants to join them, then they will only bid.

Last night, there were reports that Benjamin Sesko has chosen Manchester United as his next destination.

In the last few hours, Manchester United have improved their bid to €90 million.

And, now, the Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano provides the update that Sesko has agreed personal terms with Manchester United.

Newcastle United are now out of the race as Manchester United are negotiating directly with RB Leipzig for the signature of Benjamin Sesko.

After signing Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mebumo, Manchester United wanted to sign a striker. And, now, it looks like they are closing in on one of the brightest young strikers in Europe, Benjamin Sesko.
