Harry Kane left Tottenham Hotspur in 2023 to join Bayern Munich and became the most expensive signing in the history of the Bundesliga.
The Bavarians paid €120 million to secure the signing of the England captain. He signed a four-year deal with the Bundesliga champions.
With Bayern, Harry Kane has been doing what he does best, and that is scoring goals. In 131 games for the German giants, Kane has netted 126 times.
It means he has an almost staggering one goal per game average. Also, he is yet to miss a penalty for Bayern and provided 31 assists.
That is why the German giants are already planning to extend his deal. Also, Barcelona are planning a move for the England captain as they see him as the ideal replacement for Robert Lewandowski.
Meanwhile, in England, Tottenham Hotspur are conjuring a plan to bring Harry Kane back to north London. He had a nearly 20-year association with the Lilywhites.
Kane joined the Tottenham academy in 2004 when he was 11. And, he became the club’s all-time highest goal scorer, scoring 280 goals in 435 games.
He also holds the record of most Premier League goals by a player for a single club, with 213 goals for the Spurs.
Harry Kane’s best years as a Tottenham Hotspur player came under Mauricio Pochettino. Kane scored 169 goals in 213 games under the Argentine.
He also won two Premier League Golden Boot awards during Pochettino’s tenure. Now, the Spurs are planning to bring him back to north London.
They have already started talks with Pochettino, as Transfer News Live revealed earlier. Now, according to Football Insider, they want to bring Harry Kane back to the club.
And the Spurs board believes that Mauricio Pochettino could help them bring the England captain back to north London.
So, if Mauricio Pochettino becomes the next manager of Tottenham Hotspur, it will be interesting to see whether he brings Kane back to the club or not.
