Tottenham Hotspur are in crisis big time. After losing the first three games under Igor Tudor, the club are truly in a relegation battle.
The Spurs are just a point above the drop zone. And they just cannot afford relegation at this moment. That is why they are desperate to turn things around.
The Tottenham board are even ready to sack Igor Tudor if he fails to deliver results. They have hired the former Juventus boss as the interim manager after sacking Thomas Frank.
Now, they are looking at multiple managers across Europe to take up the role next season. And the main man who is considered the favourite to take the role is Mauricio Pochettino.
The former Spurs boss is currently managing the United States of America. He will be managing them in the upcoming FIFA World Cup.
After that, he will only make the decision on his future. Now, there is no doubt a large section of the Spurs fanbase wants him to return to North London.
Pochettino was spotted in London a few months back, and that made Tottenham fans go crazy as they were speculating that the move back to the club was a done deal.
Now, a Tottenham Hotspur fan has made his voice heard to Pochettino when he was on a flight to watch Atletico Madrid v Tottenham in the Champions League.
In a video shared by talkSPORT on X, the fan screamed after seeing Mauricio Pochettino on the flight, ‘We want you back’. Pochettino also acknowledged the fan as he waved at him.
So, there is no doubt that Pochettino will be the primary target for Tottenham Hotspur to become their next manager.
