Both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur will be looking to boost their attack next summer. Last summer, Arsenal had a fantastic transfer window.
The Gunners strengthened the right-wing position with the addition of Noni Madueke. Also, they already possess one of the best right wingers in the Premier League in the form of Bukayo Saka.
Thus, Mikel Arteta wants to strengthen his left-wing next summer. They already have Gabriel Martielli and Leandro Trossard for the left side.
However, both players have been inconsistent. Now, it is fair to say that both players have delivered for the Gunners. But to take the team to the next level, Arteta wants consistent performers.
That is why they have set their sights on an AC Milan winger who has been a target for Tottenham Hotspur as well. Previously, the Gunners were also looking at Rafael Leao.
However, this time, both north London clubs are looking at Christian Pulisic. And one of the major reasons for that could be his experience of playing in the Premier League with Chelsea.
Premier League giants are now prioritizing players with experience of playing in the English top-flight division. Manchester City have been a prime example of that this winter.
Last winter, they signed several players from outside the Premier League. They did the same last summer. However, apart from Rayan Cherki, none of them has hit the ground running.
That is why the 27-year-old USA international could be effective for both the Gunners and Spurs. But AC Milan have now made a decision on Pulisic.
According to Football Insider, the Italian club is ready to thwart any approach for Pulisic next summer. His contract will expire in the summer of 2027 with an option to extend it till 2028.
Milan value Pulisic a lot, and his output has been fantastic on the pitch. This season, he sits second on the Serie A top scorer tally.
So, both Tottenham and Arsenal will have to make an important offer to change Milan’s mind. Manchester United are also tracking Pulisic ahead of the next summer transfer window.
