Arsenal are already preparing for another ambitious summer after finally ending their 22-year wait for a Premier League title.
However, Mikel Arteta has no intention of allowing the club to stand still after a historic campaign.
The Gunners dominated English football throughout the 2025-26 season and secured the league title ahead of Manchester City.
Meanwhile, Arsenal also reached both the Carabao Cup and Champions League finals before falling short against Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain, respectively.
Despite the success, Arteta still wants more attacking depth and quality heading into next season. The club are particularly looking to add attacking reinforcements this summer.
Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard have both faced speculation regarding their futures at the Emirates Stadium.
Meanwhile, Gabriel Jesus could also leave as he approaches the final year of his contract. That uncertainty has forced Arsenal to explore several high-level attacking targets across Europe.
According to The Athletic, Arsenal recently made contact with Juventus regarding a possible move for Turkish forward Kenan Yildiz.
The 21-year-old has rapidly developed into one of Europe’s most exciting young attacking players. Yildiz is widely viewed as one of the brightest talents in world football.
Reports claim Arsenal approached Juventus while searching for a new option on the left side of the attack.
The Juventus attacker recently signed a new contract with the Serie A side, and the Italian giants remain determined to keep him in Turin for the foreseeable future.
The Old Lady reportedly informed Arsenal that there are currently no circumstances under which they would consider selling the forward this summer.
As a result, Arsenal have now shifted focus towards alternative attacking targets.
Yildiz can also play a major role for Turkey at the World Cup this summer, which could increase attention around his future even further.
In their search for a new left winger, Arsenal made an enquiry about Juventus’ 21-year-old Turkish international Kenan Yildiz.
They were informed in no uncertain terms that Yildiz was not for sale, and are consequently pursuing other options.
