Everton are exploring the market for a new right-back, and one Arsenal star has now entered the frame.

The Gunners are having a great season. Also, they had a fantastic summer transfer window. As a result, they have a complete squad now.

And the results are also showing up on the pitch. The Gunners are leading the Premier League table by six points.

Also, they are at the top of the Champions League table and competing for both the Carabao Cup and the FA Cup.

However, some players are not getting as much game time as they would like to have. That is why they are looking to leave the club.

That is where Everton are sensing an opportunity. They believe the Arsenal star can fit into their squad and improve their performance on the pitch.

According to Football Insider, the Toffees are considering a move for Ben White, with Arsenal braced for potential interest during the January window.

The situation at Everton explains the logic. Nathan Patterson has struggled to stay fit, while club captain Seamus Coleman continues to battle recurring injuries.

He might leave in the summer. As a result, David Moyes has been forced into short-term solutions.

Jake O’Brien has filled in despite being a centre-back, while James Garner has also been used out of position.

However, Moyes would prefer to move Garner back into midfield, especially given his recent form.

Everton have already looked at several alternatives, including Brooke Norton-Cuffy, Emil Holm, and Vitinho.

Now, White has emerged as another option. They are monitoring the England international ahead of a possible move to Hill Dickinson Stadium.

However, a permanent deal would be difficult. White has two years left on his contract, plus an option for a further year, and Arsenal are reluctant to sanction mid-season exits.
