Building a title-winning attack is never simple.
It evolves.
Especially when the gap between competing and winning becomes too obvious to ignore.
Because at the very top, margins are small.
Arsenal have reached that point.
Close, but not quite there.
This season has called for them to reinforce new ideas into their attack.
Following their 2-0 loss in the Carabao Cup final to Manchester City, there is still a feeling that something is missing in the final third.
Something unpredictable; someone capable of changing games on its own.
That is where the focus shifts.
Towards the elite.
Because adding depth is one thing.
Adding quality like this is something else entirely.
Arsenal eye PSG star for potential summer transfer
According to The Independent, Arsenal are investigating a potential deal for Paris Saint-Germain winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia as part of a wider summer reshuffle.
Kvaratskhelia is not a typical target. Not a developing player. He is already operating at the highest level, delivering in major moments, including standout performances in the Champions League as PSG won their first last year.
That is exactly what Arsenal lack.
Consistency in big games.
Individual brilliance when structure alone is not enough.
But it is far from straightforward.
Because while Arsenal are interested, Paris Saint-Germain are not actively looking to sell. Internally, he is viewed as a key part of their project.
There is also the financial side.
Arsenal are expected to make sales this summer to create room within the Premier League’s financial regulations, particularly around squad cost limits.
That suggests this move, if it happens, would be part of something bigger.
Despite expressing happiness in Paris, reports indicate his camp would be open to considering alternative options.
And that is all Arsenal need.
An opening.
And if it develops, it could be one of the signings of the summer.
Arsenal have been investigating whether a deal for Kvaratshkelia is possible this summer – his camp are understood to be open to at least exploring optionshttps://t.co/ksJI62ce7K
