The player they watched can pass, press, and attack space.
He can also tuck inside when the team builds through midfield.
According to reports, club directors have already phoned the defender’s camp.

His contract in London ends next June, so a summer exit makes sense for everyone.
Atletico see a deal at around €15 million. That number fits their current budget.
It also looks fair to Arsenal, who need funds for their own rebuild.
Negotiations between the two clubs should start soon if the Spanish side decide to push ahead.
Serie A teams have shown interest too. Even so, sources close to the player say he prefers La Liga.
The Metropolitano offers Champions League football, a clear role, and a coach famous for improving defenders.
Simeone called the player’s agent to outline his plan. The coach wants his new full‑back ready for pre‑season.

They believe he can regain rhythm quickly with a proper run of games.
The price tag reflects that view. It is affordable yet still sizeable enough to show faith in the player’s ability.
Talks will speed up this week. If numbers match, Atletico will send formal paperwork to England. At that point the deal could roll fast.
The player Atletico Madrid want to sign is Oleksandr Zinchenko.
The Ukrainian star wants a new start. Simeone wants his experience and energy.
Former Manchester City star has lots to offer. So, the Oleksandr Zinchenko to Atletico Madrid deal will be an interesting one to follow.
