Marcus Rashford targeted by shock European club

Rashford is expected to take his time before making any decision over his future.

Marcus Rashford enjoyed another eventful campaign before returning to Manchester United this summer.

The England international impressed during his loan spell at Barcelona and remained an important attacking option throughout the season.

Rashford also represented England at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. He played his part in helping his country secure a third-place finish before turning his attention to the new club season.

His performances have continued to attract interest from across Europe.

Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona have both been linked with Rashford in recent transfer windows, while speculation over his long-term future has refused to disappear.

Barcelona explored the possibility of keeping Rashford after his loan spell. However, the arrivals of Anthony Gordon and Karim Adeyemi ended any realistic chance of another deal.

According to The Sun, Fenerbahce have contacted Marcus Rashford’s representatives after identifying the Manchester United forward as one of their priority attacking targets this summer.

The report states that Rashford is part of a three-man shortlist alongside AC Milan winger Rafael Leao and Crystal Palace forward Ismaila Sarr.

Fenerbahce want to strengthen their squad under new manager Ismail Kartal. The Turkish club are also prepared to make a major financial commitment if Rashford decides to move.

The report claims Fenerbahce are ready to break the bank to bring the England international to Turkey.

Rashford is expected to take his time before making any decision over his future. He has only recently returned to Manchester United following his successful loan spell at Barcelona.

For now, Marcus Rashford remains a Manchester United player. However, Fenerbahce have entered the race and could test the forward’s commitment as the transfer window continues.
