Real Madrid are always on the lookout for future stars. So, when there is a player called ‘Kid Messi’, it is quite natural that the Merengues will show interest.

Manchester United used to have a reputation for nurturing young players who would go on to create history in the footballing world. Everyone now knows the legends of the class of ’92.

Also, Manchester United nurtured Cristiano Ronaldo from the tender age of 18, and he went on to become one of the greatest players to have ever graced the football pitch.

In recent years, Marcus Rashford is one example of such a star who is now showing his craft at Barcelona.

That is why when a player of their academy gets the nickname of ‘Kid Messi’, the entire world will be taking note of that player.

So far this season in the U18 Premier League, JJ Gabriel has played 6 games and scored 7 goals. With his skills and trickery, the England U15 international has become the talk of the town.

Thus, it is not a surprise that Real Madrid will be coming after such a talent. According to Fichajes, the Los Blancos are eyeing a move for the Manchester United academy product.

The 15-year-old has impressed the current Manchester United senior team boss, Ruben Amorim. Under Darren Fletcher, he had been showing off his skills in the youth division.

As with Lamine Yamal, such talents want to break out early in their career. Although it is not certain whether Gabriel can break out at Real Madrid, other clubs might offer him that chance.

Bayern Munich and Barcelona are also monitoring his progress. So, if JJ Gabriel cannot get the chance at United’s first team, he could be on the move.

With European clubs eyeing a move for the player, Manchester United will have a tough task of keeping JJ Gabriel at the club.
