Nottingham Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis has once again found himself surrounded by controversy.
A footage appeared to show him involved in a heated altercation during a basketball match in Greece.
The 58-year-old attended the EuroLeague Basketball final in Athens on Sunday to watch Olympiakos defeat Real Madrid 92-85.
Marinakis also owns Olympiakos and regularly attends major sporting events involving the Greek club.
However, attention quickly shifted away from the result after videos started spreading across social media following the final whistle.
The footage appeared to show Marinakis arguing aggressively inside the stands while security personnel and barriers separated him from another individual.
One clip also showed the Forest owner wearing a ripped shirt during the confrontation. The videos did not clearly reveal with whom Marinakis argued.
However, Greek outlet ekathimerini.com claimed the disagreement involved Grigoris Dimitriadis, a former close advisor to Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
The incident quickly went viral online and added another controversial chapter to Marinakis’ turbulent period as Nottingham Forest owner.
Forest themselves secured Premier League survival earlier on Sunday after drawing 1-1 with Bournemouth on the final day of the season.
The club eventually finished 16th after an extremely chaotic campaign at the City Ground.
During the season, Marinakis oversaw multiple managerial changes involving Nuno Espirito Santo, Ange Postecoglou and Sean Dyche before Vitor Pereira eventually guided the club to safety.
Forest also reached the Europa League semi-finals before losing to Aston Villa across two legs. This latest controversy is not the first time Marinakis has generated headlines during his ownership.
