Arsenal will remain extremely active in the transfer market this summer despite finally ending their long wait for Premier League glory.
Mikel Arteta guided the Gunners to their first league title in 22 years after an outstanding domestic campaign.
Although Viktor Gyokeres impressed during his first campaign at the club, Arsenal are still exploring the market for more attacking reinforcements.
The Gunners are also targeting Aston Villa midfielder Morgan Rogers to strengthen the left side of their attack.
Meanwhile, Julian Alvarez remains another player admired internally despite strong competition from Barcelona and PSG.
However, another Premier League attacker has now emerged as a major target for Arsenal this summer.
Eli Junior Kroupi enjoyed a sensational breakthrough season with Bournemouth after scoring 13 Premier League goals during his debut campaign.
The 19-year-old helped Bournemouth qualify for European football for the first time in the club’s history.
He also broke the record for the most goals scored by a teenager in a debut Premier League season. That form quickly attracted interest from several elite clubs across Europe.
Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea, and Arsenal have all been linked with the French striker in recent months. However, Arsenal may now have a significant advantage in the race.
According to Get French Football News, PSG are currently not pursuing a move for Kroupi despite their interest in strengthening the attack.
Instead, the European champions are reportedly prioritising other attacking targets, including RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande.
That development could hand Arsenal a clearer pathway toward signing Kroupi this summer. However, Bournemouth remain reluctant to sell the teenager.
New manager Marco Rose is also keen to avoid losing more key players after Bournemouth already sold Milos Kerkez, Dean Huijsen, and Antoine Semenyo last year.
Meanwhile, Andoni Iraola has left the south coast to become Liverpool manager following Arne Slot’s departure from Anfield.
Despite Bournemouth’s resistance, Arsenal continue monitoring the situation closely as they search for another attacking addition before the new season begins.
