Newcastle United are looking to find a solution for the Alexander Isak transfer situation. The Swedish international didn’t feature for the Magpies in the preseason.
Also, Newcastle have played two Premier League games so far in the new season, and in both games, Alexander Isak was absent from the squad.
The relationship between Alexander Isak and the Newcastle hierarchy has completely broken down. The Swede is not even training with the Newcastle team.
There is no thing clear: Alexander Isak is adamant to join Liverpool. The striker even went public to express his situation, and the Magpies also released a counter-statement to Isak’s.
In the middle of such uncertainty, Liverpool are waiting patiently to sign Alexander Isak after agreeing on personal terms with the 25-year-old.
But Newcastle United cannot sell Isak right now. And, the main reason for that is Newcastle cannot find a suitable replacement for their prolific goal scorer.
The Magpies have targeted many strikers in the transfer window so far. However, the likes of Viktor Gyokeres, Hugo Ekitike, Liam Delap, Joao Pedro, and Benjamin Sesko have all rejected them.
Newcastle are also targeting Yoane Wissa from Brentford and Jorgen Strand Larsen from Wolves. However, a new striker has been offered to the Magpies, according to Ben Jacobs.
Juventus have offered Dusan Vlahovic to Newcastle United as they are looking to sign Randal Kolo Muani. The Old Lady will accept a fee of around €30 million for the Serbian.
With only a few days left in the transfer window, Newcastle could make an offer and sign the player so that they can sell Alexander Isak to Liverpool.
