Manchester United are having a tough time selling some of their players. The only player they offloaded this season so far is Marcus Rashford, who went to Barcelona on loan.
Now, Jadon Sancho, Antony, and Alejandro Garnacho are all left. Ruben Amorim wants a solution for these players. Otherwise, he might have to reintegrate them into his squad.
For Sancho he is in the last year of his contract. Also, he is not ready to lower his wages. The English winger has rejected moves to AS Roma and Besiktas.
Alejandro Garnacho, on the other hand, looks all set to join Chelsea, and Antony is waiting for Real Betis to make a move for him.
However, there is another player Manchester United are looking to sell. Rasmus Hojlund has become surplus to requirements for the Red Devils.
That is why Ruben Amorim wants to sell him, as he has already signed Benjamin Sesko. AC Milan were very much interested in Hojlund.
But, unfortunately, the Danish striker didn’t want to leave Old Trafford, and now, Milan are close to signing Victor Boniface from Bayer Leverkusen.
In the meantime, Napoli wanted to sign Joshua Zirkzee as a replacement for their injured striker Romelu Lukaku.
But the Red Devils are not ready to let Zirkzee leave. They were pushing Napoli to consider the signing of Rasmus Hojlund.
Now, according to indykaila News, Antonio Conte liked the idea of having Hojlund at Napoli, and now, the Italian champions are in advanced talks with Manchester United for the striker.
It is expected that this deal might be over soon, as there is not much time left in the transfer window.
Napoli entering advanced negotiations with @ManUtd for Rasmus Hojlund, with the Italian 🇮🇹 champions wanting an initial loan with a buy option.
The Manchester United transfer committee set to meet today to discuss offer.
